Abstract
Though small millets are locally cultivated food grains they have been disappearing from the traditional food basket due to the influence of western food culture. This booklet contains recipes and methods of preparation of small millet food items and information about nutritive value. Women entrepreneurs can take up preparation of value added products from small millets for income generation using the recipes. Small millet products can be introduced into the food industry and attract food lovers.
