Abstract

Knowledge management is about identifying critical knowledge areas that makes a ‘big difference or big change in target groups/trainees through ‘…capturing and synthesizing new learning’s and ideas”. For knowledge management to be complete knowledge sharing should occur, so, retaining knowledge, transferring and sharing among target users and concerned parties are important. However, applying knowledge management to make the best decisions requires the best communications, collaboration, learning and knowledge strategies, processes, methods tools and techniques to be acquired.
