Abstract
The Programme for Rural Development Training (PROCASUR) PROCASUR-KariaNet II (Knowledge Access in Rural Inter-connected Areas Network) Learning Route Programme aims to improve the knowledge of development practitioners and decision-makers through exploration, discovery and dissemination of best practices from the field, on specific topics of relevance for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The programme advocates for successful solutions already present within rural areas, and these solutions may be adaptable to other contexts, so that programme participants can replicate best practices within their own countries and organizations. The report covers objectives, methodology, outcomes and outputs of the project.
