Abstract
Communication Policy Research Africa (CPRafrica) aims to create policy intellectuals throughout the continent able to undertake research to inform evidence-based policy. This capacity-building initiative has collaborated with similar initiatives that aim to address the same problems in other regions of the global south, particularly CPRsouth in Asia and DIRSI (DiĆ”logo Regional sobre Sociedad de la InformaciĆ³n) CPR LATAM (formerly known as ACORN-REDECOM) in Latin America. The overall objective is to nurture policy intellectuals capable of informed and effective intervention in ICT policy and regulatory processes, specifically in developing-country contexts. This report outlines activities, conferences, outputs and outcomes.
