Abstract

This 40 second radio broadcast alerts the public to Climate Change Adaptation Initiative and ICT (or CHAI), which will provide forecasting and planning information for farmers using mobile phones. The CHAI initiative is part of a larger project “Using ICTs to Address Water Challenges in Uganda.”
