Abstract

This brochure provides a brief initial overview of ICT access and use by small businesses and microenterprises in Mumbai, India. It includes a breakdown of data that includes 560 microentrepreneurs (231 female; 329 male). ICT use includes mobile phones, personal computers and laptops, as well as internet café access.
