Abstract
As part of a larger three year Eco-health Emerging Infectious Diseases (Eco-EID) program bringing together 17 institutions in six Southeast Asian countries and China, this study is expected to generate knowledge that can be translated into policies for control of parasitic worm infections in affected countries in Southeast Asia and China. This novel research project aims to understand the relationships between emerging infectious diseases with agriculture, land utilization and ecosystem management practices.
