Effect of increase of precipitation on the prevalence of gram-negative bacteria associated with histopathological lesions in rainbow trout from the Peruvian Andes

Abstract

This is a one-page overview of activities of the project. The study concludes that the prevalence of gram-negative bacteria in rainbow trout increases in the rainy season, showing 53.3% in August, 56.6% in September and 98.3% in November. Similarly, the prevalence of histopathologic lesions increases, showing 45.2% in August, 50.9% in September and 70.4% in November.
