Abstract

This report provides findings on changes in the textiles and clothing industry (T &C) spanning the 1990’s to early 2000s. Trade within Arab countries, Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Tunisia is examined through separate country studies. These include analysis of imports/exports; foreign direct investment; intra-Arab trade; analysis, threats and opportunities; and recommendations. The report is in English and Arabic.
