Abstract
This report presents the activities and achievements of the Outcome Mapping Virtual Learning Community (OMLC, Phase II). Growth and Change were addressed: Growth, in terms of more members, more tools, more knowledge, and more experience; and Change, in terms of members’ new interests and challenges, practitioners demanding new ways of delivering OM, and demands from donors and beneficiaries. The report details activities, management strategies and capacity building. Links to phase one documents are provided. Outcome mapping (OM) is a methodology for planning and assessing development programming that is oriented towards change and social transformation.
