Abstract

The video covers a presentation about the IDRC youth development, outreach and engagement programme “TakingITGlobal (TIG)” which works to empower young people to understand and act on the world’s greatest challenges. The project’s online platform provides action tools, e-courses, resources, youth media and networks, and ways to approach, understand and take action on global issues through TIG’s action guides. It has already reached 40 million young people, across thirteen languages.
