Abstract
The main objective of the ECAW project is to enhance climate change adaptation in agriculture and water resources in the Greater Horn of Africa. Local stakeholders understood the proposed study, its objectives, planned activities and expected outputs. Through participation in the inception workshop, they were also able to recognize the importance of their role in its implementation.
