Abstract

This is the technical report on activities carried out during the preparation of a market study on the Honduran poultry sector. It contains a brief presentation of the research issue, its objectives and achievement, the methodology used, activities carried out and the main outcomes attained. This document is not –and does not replace—the final report of the research. It is a complement that deals with methodological questions and aspects of the research, placing emphasis on its main achievements and lessons resulting from its implementation that will together benefit the project recipient institution.
