Abstract

This article presents a brief review on the modeling and dynamics of HIV infection in vivo. We introduce typical mathematical models on the interaction between CD4~+ T-cells and virus particles, as well as the drug therapy. We focus on theoretical results and simulations of ODEs, DDEs, integro-differential equations and impulsive differential equations. Parameter values of those models are collected in a table for reader’s reference.
