Abstract
The Global Health Research Initiative (GHRI) set out to bring a new perspective to global health research by bringing together researchers from Canada as well as low- and middle-income countries to generate evidence that meets global health challenges. The report presents some of GHRI’s contributions to the advancement of global health research. Indicators were collected at GHRI Secretariat level and from 23 projects awarded by four programmes developed and implemented by the initiative since 2003. The report provides a glimpse of some accomplishments of GHRI over the last decade.
