Abstract

This Globelics conference presentation provides three frameworks for altering the “taxonomy of exclusion” so that knowledge and innovation can better influence impoverished lives. It analyzes processes of exclusion, and proposes highlighting the need for the capacity to innovate, even in conditions of scarcity.
