Abstract
The paper discusses NCLR’s organizational structure and internal and external practices. The Council collects judicial opinions and other information from 16 Courts of Appeal and High Court stations spread over the country. In 2010, the Council implemented a web-based Document Management System, with a comprehensive method of tracking, collecting and forwarding judicial opinion countrywide that includes web content management and a virtual workspace for collaboration. The NCLR also publishes information that complements case law and national legislation. It has been able to leverage its position to partner and obtain primary legal information from other government institutions.
