dc.description.abstract Tanzania and Zambia both represent the growth potential of many COMESA (Common Market for Eastern & Southern Asia), EAC (East African Community), and SADC (South African Development Community) countries due to their low penetration levels, increased market liberalization and competition, access to high-speed broadband and anticipated price reductions in the next few years. If they follow course, this will create a much larger number of users for broadband, opening the door to many opportunities to provide products and services in these, and regional markets. en
