Abstract

Nowadays China is faced with increasing pressure of emission reduction of conventional air pollutants (AP) and greenhouse gases (GHGs) emission, especially in iron and steel sector, which has a great share in total industrial emission and suffers from an expensive abatement cost. Co-control policies of AP and GHGs emission are generally supposed to be cost-effective due to the co-benefits from the synergetic emission reductions of different pollutants.
