Abstract
This policy review identifies and evaluates science and technology innovations in health from developing countries in Southeast Asia, such as Cambodia, Philippines, and Vietnam. It aims to recommend a sustainable framework, which can maximize opportunities and overcome constraints in innovating health care products and services in developing countries of Southeast Asia.
