Abstract
This policy review aims to: 1. Identify existing public policies on health, science and technology innovations affecting the base of the pyramid populations in Southeast Asia; 2. Identify collaborations in health, between the public and private sectors; 3. Determine and assess factors that facilitate and hinder the implementation, adoption, and sustainability of science and technology innovations in health for and by the base of the pyramid; 4. Provide models for developing countries to foster an enabling environment. It highlights science and technology innovations in health from Cambodia, Philippines, and Viet Nam.
