Abstract
The presentation provides a basic outline and some examples of the uses of outcome mapping as a function of programme progress, monitoring and evaluation. Programme monitoring can take place even when there’s no baseline; or in complex situations where relations of cause and effect are unknown; or within a non-hierarchal organisation.
