Abstract
The presentation introduces the Alliance for Brain-gain and Innovative Development (ABIDE), which works towards institutional and human resources capacity building between Canada and Ethiopia. ABIDE’s mission is to develop networks between diaspora professionals; to mobilize and strengthen linkages; and to create entry points for exchange of knowledge, skill, experience and technological resources.
