Abstract

This document provides a brief summary of the implementation planning workshop of the Open Architectures, Standards and Information Systems-Rwanda Health and Education Information Network (OASIS-RHEIN). The workshop presented two project components: e-learning for Nursing Education; and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
