Abstract

The project promotes and develops an internet-based structure and organizational framework to support on-going North-South and South-South knowledge partnerships based on participatory, democratic management of information and learning, implemented through integrated Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)-based pedagogical approaches, resources and practices. This report synthesizes a wide range of opinions, views, insights and thoughts presented to the Evaluator during the interviews. The external evaluation not only examines in detail the progress made at the output level but also at the outcome level, as relevant to achieving the project objectives.
