Abstract
The next phase of the project will move from data collection to identifying approaches for emerging research questions, and the team and project will need to reorient and integrate lessons with programmatic design. The deliverables specified have been produced to a reasonable degree, although it will be necessary for updates to some of these products, particularly the website, throughout the course of the remainder of the project as new discoveries are made or additional information is accrued. A potentially serious obstacle relates to the willingness of people working in the informal economy to actually volunteer and participate in the research process.
