Abstract
The observations and recommendations in this report are based upon the initial technical draft report of the project, (Using ICT to Increase Income and Productivity in the Urban Informal Economy: Panama City) the inspection of products, processes, participation, and conversations; team meetings with staff; and engagement over the period of project activity. Better documentation by researchers on the current effort would improve a future proposal, and help the team continue to effectively manage expectations of team members, collaborators, participants, and donors. As the project ends, the team should incorporate a process to capture needs for other projects, funding proposals, or collaboration agendas.
