Abstract
This survey covered 500 consumers, representative of the Mauritius population in terms of gender, and spanning an “active” age group of 15 – 50 years. Network quality issues are most often noted as a source of problems followed by issues with tariffs. Internet tariffs and cross network tariffs are the main tariffs highlighted as being excessive. The presentation provides results of the survey in the context of consumer rights in Mauritius.
