Abstract

This survey covered 500 consumers, representative of the Mauritius population in terms of gender, and spanning an “active” age group of 15 – 50 years. Network quality issues are most often noted as a source of problems followed by issues with tariffs. Internet tariffs and cross network tariffs are the main tariffs highlighted as being excessive.
