Abstract
Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) has put in place an approval mechanism ensuring that ICT equipment sold on the Mauritian market complies with European/International standards for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and Safety, and Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), amongst others. This presentation reviews regulatory measures in place for consumer protection.
