Abstract

The project established a web platform to promote knowledge sharing and dissemination on knowledge brokering and intermediary work, using a range of social media and networking tools. The challenge is to build engagement through effective marketing, and create a critical mass of users whose needs are met via the Knowledge Brokers’ Forum (KBF). Details of activities supported by the project are outlined in this report. The I-K-Mediary Network comprises 30 organizations in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania, working across a range of sectors (health, climate change, and poverty issues) and contexts (national, regional and global).
