Abstract

The report covers the Filippinnovation Forum and field trips in Cebu and Davao, a survey of literature, assessment of experiences and practices of developing countries with special focus on those in Southeast Asia, and reviews and comments on the innovation survey questionnaire and instrument designed by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) project team, based on existing international practices.
