This week Kimsaosmaso's Tom Japanni is in Tanzania to assess the success of a project initiated by AMREF that seeks to provide medical and counseling services to people living with HIV, and how this project has impacted on policies aimed at combating HIV in Tanzania. People living with HIV speak candidly about how this ambitious project has impacted their lives.
