Abstract
REPEAL (Spanish acronym for School Networks and Education Portals of Latin America) represents an international collaborative research endeavour whose objective is to develop guidelines for regional outreach strategies that facilitate equal access to ICT resources, including the management, diagnosis and development of Latin-American education portals. Research includes strategies for: portals management and monitoring; equal access to ICT-related resources; learning in education portals and school networks to foster better ICT integration practices; and digital educational contents of portals and school networks. The report covers activities and outcomes of this project.
