Abstract
Based on extensive discussions, participants prioritized research and development-related issues addressing wastewater use in agriculture. The two most important topics were bridging the gap between research and farmer practice in low-income countries; and developing holistic approaches for sustainable management of wastewater in agriculture.
In-depth presentations and sessions cover topics on groundwater, wastewater treatment and management, gray wastewater, irrigation, and sanitation.
