Abstract
The Network of Resource Centres on Urban Agriculture and Food Security (RUAF) Foundation is an international network of seven regional resource centres and one global resource centre for Urban Agriculture and Food Security. The speaker notes provide information in point form regarding the importance of urban agriculture, and initiating multi-stakeholder action planning with mechanisms to support dissemination of lessons learned from the ongoing RUAF programme: “Cities Farming for the Future.” The main elements of Multi-stakeholder Policy making and Action Planning process (MPAP) in 20 pilot cities are focused on.
