Abstract

The ICT4SME's program is to foster understanding of the benefits of ICT for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (M/SME's), while actively promoting their usage. The program studies the effect of building capacity for Egyptian M/SMEs in ICT towards creating efficient, better connected and more competitive enterprises, and identifies new socio-economic opportunities that can be leveraged through ICT with the help of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).
