Abstract
ARTNeT has embarked upon a new research programme for 2010 with several calls for research proposals, which are included in this newsletter. Other topics of interest are a review of the 5th Anniversary ARTNeT conference held in Bangkok on the topic of “Trade-Led Growth in Times of Crisis,” and the launch of a new ARTNeT Regional Trade Facilitation Study on Enhancing Regional Import-Export Procedures and Processes.
