Abstract
The presentation outlines how job quality was measured for the study: 1) Income security: Adequate income, access to social security and health care 2) Employment Security: Regularity of employment, contract, paid sick leave, and paid annual leave 3) Voice representation security: Member of trade unions 4) Work Security: Adequate working hours, decent workplace, and reasonable commuting distance to work Measuring Job Quality. Statistical comparisons are made between time periods, wage and non-wage earners, and institutional variables.
