Abstract
This report presents the main conclusions drawn by the Project team following the workshop held at Alakhawayn University on 14, 15, 16 July 2004. These conclusions are related to different technological and social aspects of the Project. A global conclusion is also included in this report and indicates the necessity of refining the initial Project proposal to the IDRC.
