Abstract

This paper shares the experiences of Center (CBIK) as it reviewed and redesigned its organizational Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system with a view of enhancing learning about advocacy. The first section of the paper describes the organizational setting and the reasons why CBIK decided to review its M&E system and focus on learning about advocacy. The second section describes what CBIK did (the process gone through) and changes made to the M&E system. The final section summarizes some of the lessons learned.
