Colombo Focus City Project : baseline survey 2007; part 3; toolkit (Focus City Programme : Community based Assessment and Improvement of Living Environment in USSs and Environs; the case of Gothamipura, Colombo)

Abstract

This document makes up Part Three of the working papers related to the baseline survey of the action research project ‘Community-based Assessment and Improvement of Living Environment in Underserved Settlements and the Environs: The case of Gothamipura-Colombo.’ It completes the baseline presentations by providing the tools used for data collection. Part One of the working paper presented baseline data tables, and Part Two a descriptive analysis. The project focused on urban poverty, and environmental burdens linked to limited service provision, in this case sewerage and solid waste management facilities.
