Abstract
This document is a consolidation of data collection for project monitoring during the reporting period, which is presented in terms of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan and its indicators. The data is broken into activities, with notes on progress to date, monitoring, and data sources. Five activities are focused on: Constructing the sewer system; Constructing a rainwater drainage system and improving conditions of the access road; Developing an Under-served Settlements (USS) policy document for poverty reduction; Improving the solid waste disposal system; and, Strengthening the Community Development Committee (CDC).
