Abstract
This presentation assesses the developments in ICT deployment in agriculture and rural development, and presents ICT usage in African agriculture in the context of the agribusiness industry. It suggests a framework for phasing-in various aspects of mobile technology through processes from e-policy development to their deployment in agriculture.
