Abstract
The GKP 3.0 Task force activities centered on conducting a thorough internal and external scan of Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) and the global ICT4D environment in
which it operates. This report focuses on the methodology for evaluation used by the task force. To ensure the overall openness of the evaluation process, the GKP Regional Coordinators (RCs) were actively consulted and their concerns and recommendations were shared with the GKP Executive Committee (Excomm). By helping to shape the new GKP, Regional Coordinators became attached to their revamped organization, with several of the RCs standing for elections to the new Excomm.
