Abstract
The presentation gives a brief overview of the project goals of African Copyright and Access to Knowledge (ACA2K) regarding copyright law, and exemptions as they apply in African countries. ACA2K works to gather relevant research evidence and to disseminate it; to engage policymakers; and to enable African policymakers in building copyright regimes that are conducive to open access to learning materials.
