Abstract

This document provides details of the overall planning approach and communication strategy of the Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) Task Force. The goal of the Task Force is to conduct a thorough internal and external scan of GKP and the global Information and Communications Technologies for Development (ICT4D) environment in which it operates so that recommendations can be made to the GKP Executive Committee.
