Abstract
The Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) has been in existence for more than 10 years. As a multi-stakeholder partnership, GKP sought to facilitate and promote innovation, and to advance knowledge and the use of Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D). Two scenarios describe the network core business and are presented in detail: GKP as a Learning Network, and GKP as a Resource Mobilisation Network. The GKP Task Force presented these scenarios for discussion with the GKP Executive Committee and its broader membership so that they can choose a direction for the GKP that reflects the ICT4D landscape.
