Abstract
Responding to senior management, the IDRC Evaluation Unit (EU) scans each year’s evaluation output for themes and trends. It aggregates the information to produce the annual report, synthesizing significant events and findings for staff, senior management and the Board of Governors at the IDRC. Section 1 describes progress in development of the Corporate Assessment Framework (CAF), a collaborative undertaking between the EU and the Senior Management Committee that aims at monitoring information on key areas of corporate performance. This report provides details on the evaluation process and number of evaluations carried out.
