Abstract
The first Pan African Telecentre Leader's Forum (TLF) brought together over 80 participants from 25 African countries, along with other global participants. It provided leaders of telecentres and other Community ICT Centres opportunity to increase practical skills and learn about new services. Summaries are presented of discussions, project ideas, and more information from the TLF with iterations of evolving and continuing conversations among the members of the African and wider telecentre movement. Participants emphasized the importance of content: valorizing existing local content and knowledge to respond to local demands, along with resources to implement content production/adaptation projects.
